Colorizing || Photo || Picture || Image

Colorizing is a wonderful features of photo shop. There are many ways to colorize a photo, image or part of photo or image. I use different ways to colorize a photo or image. Among them following is the very simple and easy way to colorize a picture.

Step: 1

First open two photos in photoshop as your desired images. You can use these pictures also.

Then you have to decide what color will you use and where. I want to colorize the second one with the red color of the first one.

Step: 2

Clip the second photo's dress very finely. You can use pen tool or magic wand or lasso tool. But I prefer pen tool. Pen tool is the strongest tool for selection.

Then make selection with pen tool. click on the path palate. Then write click on the mouse button and click 'make selection'. It will select the dress of the picture.

Step: 3

Now go the first one or photo-1. Then click lasso tool and make selection like this; You can use other selection tool also.

Step: 5

It is time to complete our mission. Go to Photo-2 or maximize the file. Now go to file --> Image --> Adjustments --> Match Color. Then select the source --> photo-1. You should use your source i.e the selected file that you want to use for colorizing. Others settings remain the same.

Step: 6

Now see the result of your efforts. It is a very interesting techniques.
